Think that you can handle a monster! Monster Trux Arenas puts you in the driving seat of awesome, huge wheeled, monstrous machines.Choose from a selection of seriously hardcore Monster Trucks and burn your way around gravel slopes, mud soaked arenas and in a variety of weather conditions
Oh, cool, crappy PS1 game.. waait a second..Reviewed by Jeremy Garcia, 2010-03-09
My wife bought this for our son, being that he loves monster trucks
and couldn't find the official "Monster Jam" game. We figured it
would be great for him on the Wii.
Maybe if we went back about 10-15 years ago.
With graphics worse than first generation Playstation 1 games,
repetitive music, everything being 'locked' away.. ugh.
You have two choices for cars when you start, and only one track to
race them on. That track is a mind-numbing tangle of brown, greatly
demonstrating the horrid pop in and whopping number of textures
used by the level designers. I'd guess.. 3.
If you bought a Wii and this game, you spent about 260 bucks, sure.
Return the Wii, go buy a PS3 (spending a whole 30 bucks more) and
download the Motorstorm 2 demo. It's a DEMO and my son plays it way
more, not to mention that I actually enjoy playing it over and over
again with him, much more so than the terrifying thought of
actually sinking any time into this despicable game to unlock
anything at all.
Whoever made this game should be dragged outside and shot.

Outdated graphics and soundsReviewed by Vincent Howard, 2009-11-26
It's amazing how much this game sucks. The graphics are comparable to the N64. The sounds are absolutely horrible. So sorry I bought this game. We played this game one time and could never bring ourselves to play it again.
Monster Trux are pretty funReviewed by Cassandra Smith, 2009-01-06
I purchased the Monster Trux wii game for my husband for Christmas. We used the wii wheel with it. It took some getting use to the steering (you barely turn the remote, otherwise if you drive like a regular auto, you run into the walls and baracades). I think teenage boys and men would like this game.
